A. When you choose to join our Fax2Email Service we will provide you with a unique and personal fax number which will have an 0844 prefix. Your personal 0844 number will direct all incoming fax messages to any Internet e-mail address you choose. Normal fax view software is required to view these received fax messages.

If you have a combined telephone / fax line our Fax2Email Service enables you to keep your incoming line open for any customer calls by storing your incoming faxes in your e-mail folder for retrieval at any time. This removes the need to invest in a second telephone line! You will be able to scan any documents and store them on your PC. All received faxes are easily forwarded to another PC or fax number.
