How do we supply low cost routing?

There are four methods of connection to our service.

1. Our 4-digit access number – 1689. You manually pre-dial all your outbound telephone calls with our unique 4-digit number-1689. This prefix is accepted as it reaches the national telephone network and your call is routed via our service. You will continue to be invoiced for your line rental by BT., but we will supply you with monthly fully-itemised bills for all your calls.

2. Carrier Pre-Select (CPS): CPS enables us to carry all your outbound calls without the need to change your existing BT telephone numbers or install / modify any equipment. With your permission, the 1689 access code is inserted digitally at your local BT exchange. There is absolutely no disruption or inconvenience involved with CPS, no PABX reprogramming, no auto-dialers or manual pre-dialing. Indeed, you keep your existing numbers and continue to make telephone calls as usual. The result is a significant cost reduction when making UK local, National, International and Mobile phone calls.

3. Switchboard Re-programming: If your telephone system incorporates a switchboard (PABX), then we are usually able to reprogramme to ensure that all of your out-going calls are automatically routed via us. We are able to programme most systems including Panasonic, Samsung, Avaya, LG and Siemens.

4. Single or Multi-Line Diallers: We are able to supply &/or install single or multi-line SmartBoxes pre-programmed with our 4-digit access number - 1689. Upon installation all calls will be routed and billed by us at our extremely competitive rates.
